Job Description
- Performs regular data collection, analysis and data story telling
- Assess and maintain the overall ePLDT’s data quality, integrity, and normalization
- Process confidential data and information according to ePLDT guidelines
- Maintain and manage ePLDT systems data flow and relationship diagrams
- Performs requirements gathering and analysis for business intelligence reports and dashboards
- Develop insights and dashboards using various visualization tool
- Provides production support to reports and dashboards especially issues requiring analysis and changes
- Drives operational efficiency for the report and dashboard end to end development process
- Collaboration with stakeholders, data owners, and other analysts to ensure quality of data & reports
- Provide technical expertise in data structure, data mining, and data cleansing
Job Qualification
- Bachelor of Science degree holder preferably in Computer Science, IT or related course.
- At least 5 years experience in data analysis or related field
- At least 2 years’ experience with data visualization using tools like Power BI, Crystal Report, SSRS and Tableau
- Working knowledge in MSSQL, HANA SQL PL/SQL,DAX / MDX, NoSQL, other relational database platforms
- Experience in handling large data sets and implementing data orchestration
- Expert in data management and data warehousing processes
- Knowledge in Windows or Linux is required
- Knowledge and experience in DW, Big Data technologies like Hive or any ETL tools is a plus
- Experience working in an ICT business industry is a plus
- End to End software development lifecycle
