Job Description
- Takes functional specifications for users
- Take part in customer workshops to determine their requirements and to help them understand the ‘art of the possible’
- Understanding business requirements and translating these into technical solutions
- Assess man hours and pricing for client’s new requirements.
- Assist the Project Manager during the project planning and preparations with the Client and the internal project team prior to the Kick Off Meeting.
- Present the technical activities during the project kick off to the client.
- Execute technical activities during the project implementation.
- Provide technical support during and after the deployment (Stabilization period).
- Document all technical executions of the project.
- Attends regular meetings to ensure that all product, services and client-related activities and concerns are raised and discussed for appropriate action
- Prepare weekly status reports and client project management
- Coordinating activities with project managers and working effectively with customers and team members of all levels
- Reports directly to the Lead Functional Consultant and Project Manager for Cloud Solutions related activities
- Assists the Senior Functional Consultant in scoping activities with clients in order to determine functional, technical, development and integration requirements
- Conduct Technical training to the client
- Send to the client the articles and websites that will be used as a guide and reference of the administrator
- Provide technical support (Level 1) for customers cloud solution concerns.
- Ensures completion of functional documentation during deployment
- Ensure assignments are completed within the agreed deadlines
- Assisting with the estimation of new projects
- To add value to solution delivery whenever possible
- Keeping up to date with the latest plans, developments and changes in the salesforce platform.
- This includes, but is not limited to ensuring you remain certified;
- Collaborating with the team in setting personal objectives that strive to achieve organizational goals, progress career aspirations and address development points
Job Qualification
- At least 1-year related experience
- Graduate of Bachelors’ degree in any IT-related course
- Understanding of Salesforce Cloud Solutions applications
