Partner Management Officer

Job Description

  • Manages partner accounts to ensure requirements are satisfied
  • Highly involve in the initial engagement with potential partner and internal stakeholders to alignrequirements vs. partner offering
  • Seeks out the appropriate contact in across the organization, internal and external
  • Engages in partner discussions, and champions identifying new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services – or new ways of reaching existing markets that creates more value to the business
  • Works cross-functionally with business units to ensure partner requirements are fulfilled according to agreement
  • Establishes partner agreements or appropriate contracts and negotiate applicable terms
  • Orients internal stakeholders on partner requirements and policies, where appropriate
  • Cascades regular partner announcements, opportunities, and information
  • Regularly updates and engages with internal teams on partner obligations and benefits
  • Sets regular cadence, business reviews with partners and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of agreed programs or focus areas of collaboration
  • Monitors agreed metrics and measure partner value contribution to the business

Job Qualification

  • Graduate of 4-year course preferably Marketing or Business Management
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience, including experience with partnership management, account management or business development
  • Adept with Cloud/SaaS Services
  • Skilled at working collaboratively with & navigating large enterprises or partner organizations
  • Strong Presenter
  • Strategic Thinker
  • Excellent in Client Relationship Management and Building Rapport
  • Strong Negotiation Skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally
