Job Description

  • Understand customers key business challenges, pain points, translate these to business needs and put together available solutions fit from business value perspective
  • Derive and articulate the technical and fuctional features of the proposed solution int business benefits
  • Create and spearheaded strategies and solutions roadmap in line with clients’ business needs and imperatives business initiatives and industry trends
  • Develop trust with customers, technology solutions partners and managed services partners and work with them to sell these strategic products and solutions
  • Demonstrate client buy-in to the strategy and roadmaps
  • Develop and leverage relationships with key customer decision makers and influencers
  • Communicate and promote the concept of Digital Solutions and Fixed, Wireless and ICT Services of PLDT Group
  • Provide consultancy services and competitive insights/ strategies to the Sales team with the objective of delivering solutions and addressing customer’s requirements
  • Assist in pre-sales coordination between the company and its delivery solutions partners
  • Ensure the smooth transition of projects between sales team and the solutions delivery partners Assist RM’s influencing the tender specification for new projects
  • Work with the technical specialist to provide technical clarifications and correspondences for complex opportunities
  • Liaise with principals on clarifications pertaining to customers queries on the products and solution offerings Performs other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time

Job Qualification

  • With at least 5 years’ experience in any of the following fields: Information and Technology,
  • Business Consulting, Technical Sales any Sales Profession
  • Preferably with experience in selling a managed service environment to various industry segments
  • Strong knowledge in Data Center Solutions and Cloud Solutions
  • Strong understanding of Business Applications preferably in ERP, CRM and /or Analytics
  • Strong partner relationship is an advantage
  • Excellent communication presentation, writing and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to gather and understand customers’ requirements (both business and technical )
  • Ability to articulate both business and technical to different levels of audience (from visionary business audience, senior executive decision makers, managers/ supervisors’ sales and marketing people, It Technical People
  • Ability to translate business challenges into solutions needs
  • Good interfacing skills between Sales and Delivery Services
