Job Description
- Analyze an organization and design its systems and processes
- Analyze business models and their integration with technology
- Analyze the current state, identify business requirements, and define the future state of the business solution
- Work closely external and internal clients to gather requirements and break them down into meaningful chunks of work that can be handed over for development and testing
- Work closely with the implementation team ensure that the features are complete and meets the business requirements
- Help with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Experience using JIRA (or similar story tracking tool) to maintain epics, stories and issues
Job Qualification
- Related working experience in the technology industry, preferably in a consultancy environment
- Prior experience in a digital transformation project
- Experience in Business Process Design
- Minimum of 2 years experience writing User Stories, and gathering/documenting requirements
