Employees Gather to ‘Just Dance 2019’
As part of the #HealthyHabitsThisSummer promoted by People & Workplace Management (PWM), employees were encouraged to participate in an activity that will surely make their bodies groove to the beat.
Aside from being a nice and fun social activity, dancing can improve one’s heart and lungs as it increases muscular strength and endurance. When people dance, they improve their physiological and mental well-being.
